📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including social media platforms, email marketing, and event management.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Produce and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer information and campaign performance data.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in the plastic industry.
• Proficient in using marketing software such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
