Based in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya, you will work closely with senior management to drive a culture of integrity and risk awareness across the bank.

As Head of Compliance, you will lead a team of compliance officers, auditors, and legal experts, providing strategic guidance and operational support to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor AML/CFT policies and procedures in accordance with Indonesian and international regulations.
Lead a team of compliance officers, auditors, and legal experts to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Provide strategic guidance and operational support to senior management on compliance matters.
Ensure the bank's compliance program aligns with industry best practices and evolving regulatory expectations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues and ensure effective resolution.
Monitor and report on compliance performance metrics and trends to the board of directors.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to proactively address compliance challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in compliance, AML, or CFT.
Professional certifications in compliance, AML, or CFT, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Demonstrated expertise in regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to, OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), FATF (Financial Action Task Force), and Basel III.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing compliance teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving compliance objectives and driving continuous improvement in compliance programs.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
