📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement Montessori-based activities and lessons for babies aged 6-24 months.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment that promotes independence and curiosity.
• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks to the children.
• Collaborate with the center's team to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
• Document children's progress and development using Montessori observation tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to the center's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Certification as a Montessori Teacher (AMI or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Montessori education for young children.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori principles, materials, and methods.
• Experience with children aged 6-24 months is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about the Montessori philosophy and early childhood development.
