📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the need for costly repairs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in maintenance and repair.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continued success of our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Certifications in electrical and mechanical systems, such as NATE, ETA, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to travel to various locations across Bali.
