📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and coordination during emergency incidents, ensuring the safety of personnel and the protection of assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices in emergency response and security.
• Leverage emergency response tools such as SAP Emergency Response Management, ArcGIS, and other relevant software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and awareness programs to personnel on emergency response protocols and security best practices.
• Maintain and update emergency response documentation and records to ensure readiness for any potential incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in emergency response and security management, with a proven track record in the refining industry.
• Certifications in emergency management, security protocols, and risk assessment (e.g., FEMA, NFPA, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards relevant to emergency response and security.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate emergency response efforts, ensuring the safety of personnel and the protection of assets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in emergency response tools such as SAP Emergency Response Management, ArcGIS, and other relevant software.
