📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' learning needs and challenges.
• Design and implement personalized learning therapy programs using tools like Learning Ally and Proloquo2Go.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to create customized learning plans.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, parents, and educators.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning therapy or a related role.
• Certification in learning therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of educational tools and software like Learning Ally and Proloquo2Go.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to helping students with learning differences.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
