📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, including plating, garnishing, and bartending.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of food and beverage supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
