📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure product quality and market demand.
- Conduct trend analysis and market research to inform product development.
- Manage sample development and prototyping.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align product development with brand strategy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion product development, with a proven track record in leading product development projects.
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software such as Gerber Accumark, Optitex, or similar.
- Experience with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
