📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and inspections of office equipment and common areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Work with the Facilities Management team to manage work orders and track maintenance activities using SAP and JIRA.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees.
• Maintain and update facility records and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance facility operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP and JIRA is a plus.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
