📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
• Assist clients with product selection and provide personalized advice on beauty and aesthetic treatments
• Manage the point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for clients
• Promote our products and services to clients, both in-store and online
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty and aesthetic industry
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the beauty or aesthetic industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent knowledge of the beauty and aesthetic industry, including products and treatments
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, such as Shopify or similar platforms
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm and passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry
