Pan Brothers is looking for a Sewing Preparation Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations in our sewing department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating sewing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the preparation of sewing materials, including fabrics, patterns, and accessories.,Monitor and maintain quality control standards in the sewing department.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of sewing orders.,Assist in training and developing new sewing staff.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage inventory of sewing materials and ensure timely restocking.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
