Asia Furniture is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and order fulfillment.,Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and security measures.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a warehouse or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a warehouse setting.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to the warehouse.
