📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.,Monitor and evaluate patient care processes to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing department's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a leadership role.,Certification as a Lead Nurse or similar leadership position in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records systems.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
