📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.,Visiting and meeting potential customers to present our property offerings.,Negotiating and closing sales deals with potential buyers.,Maintaining and updating the sales database with customer information.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Attending industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with real estate market in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
