📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics flow.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
