Head of Solution Delivery & PMO (Professional Services)

Join ANTlabs as the Head of Solution Delivery & PMO and lead our regional teams in driving customer success, delivery excellence, and team growth. Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our professional services. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of high-impact solutions, manage our Project Management Office (PMO), and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will leverage your extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization to deliver exceptional results. With a focus on team development, you will mentor and coach your team to achieve their full potential, driving both individual and organizational success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Solution Delivery team, ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee the PMO, implementing best practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to streamline project management processes.
• Drive customer success by ensuring that our solutions meet client expectations and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery excellence, including process optimization, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and implement best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific solutions and technologies, with experience in professional services.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
