📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of distribution activities.,Monitor and manage the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer data.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure efficient and safe deliveries.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to product distribution.,Support the distribution manager in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on distribution activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics and distribution industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software is a plus.
