📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Banquet Staff in planning and executing banquet events.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, decor, and equipment setup.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during the event.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning and management software.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Previous experience in a high-end or boutique hotel is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
