📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on fragrances and beauty products to customers.
• Create memorable shopping experiences by recommending products tailored to individual preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect fragrance or beauty product based on their unique needs and preferences.
• Promote our brand and products through engaging and informative interactions with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the fragrance and beauty industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fragrance or beauty industry, preferably in a retail or sales role.
• Strong knowledge of fragrances and beauty products, including their ingredients, benefits, and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about fragrances and beauty products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
