📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the mechanical design and development of battery and charger products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software components.Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to optimize product performance and cost.Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery and charger technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and manufacturing processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on battery and charger technologies.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.🛠️ Keahlian
