Asia Logistics is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Inspect products for quality assurance and address any quality issues promptly.,Manage and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports as required.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Ability to travel as needed for site visits and inspections.
