As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per bulan, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Ensure the availability and performance of IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support to users and departments.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations.
- Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or similar.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
