HSE Officer (Coal Hauling) - Safety & Compliance Specialist

Primanusa Globalindo is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer (Coal Hauling) to ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in our coal hauling operations in Bayung Lencir, Sumatera Selatan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with the operations team to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and you will provide training and guidance to ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to HSE standards. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing HSE improvement programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identifications to mitigate potential risks in the coal hauling operations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement HSE improvement programs to enhance safety and environmental performance.
• Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that all HSE documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of the coal hauling process.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mining or coal industry.
• Certification in HSE management, such as IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
