📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Help maintain employee records and documents using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Assist with employee relations, addressing employee concerns and issues.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to provide valuable insights to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
