📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Organize and facilitate forums, workshops, and community events focused on interfaith dialogue and mutual understanding.
• Develop and implement programs that address the root causes of religious tensions and promote harmony.
• Collaborate with local leaders, religious organizations, and community members to create sustainable and impactful initiatives.
• Conduct research and gather data to inform the development of programs and initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate with volunteers, interns, and staff to ensure the successful execution of events and programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including religious leaders, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
• Represent Harmony Foundation Indonesia at local, regional, and national events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, event management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of organizing and facilitating successful community events and programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with local religious communities and cultural practices in Bangka Belitung.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
