📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining and updating our recruitment strategies and processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns and marketing materials.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs and processes.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining and developing relationships with potential and current employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance management and development programs for our recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives for our recruitment team and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the recruitment or HR field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
