In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Oversee the efficient use of company vehicles and track their performance and usage.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
