As a Cook Staff at Yeobi Hansik, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Korean dishes using traditional recipes and modern techniques. You will work closely with our head chef to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste. Our kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and software, including Kitchen Display System (KDS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, to streamline our operations and enhance efficiency.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes using traditional recipes and modern techniques.
- Work closely with the head chef to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure that ingredients are stocked and used efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in Korean cuisine.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Korean cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Korean cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen software and tools, such as KDS and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
