📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Manage a team of sales associates and provide coaching and training to ensure they are meeting their targets and delivering excellent customer service.,Monitor branch performance against sales targets and KPIs, and develop action plans to address any shortfalls.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
