As an Accounting Staff at Bravo Italian, Inc, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile bank transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll processing.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
